Marmot rocks Frankenjura
The first PRO-Team Meeting...
The first teamtrip of the Marmot PRO-team was held from June 13th until 18th 2010. As the company Marmot-Europe is situated in Schnaittach, near the Frankenjura, the meeting happened somehow "at home". With full motivation the athletes Markus Bock (D), Peter Bosma (SWE), Stefan Glowacz (D), Holger Heuber (D), Gerhard Hörhager (AT), Robert Jasper (D), Stefan Pettersson (SE), Nicola Sartori (IT), Christian ‚Schlesi´ Schlesener (D), Sarah Seeger (D), Matthias Trottmann (CH), Jorg Verhoeven (NL) and me arrived to pull some typical Frankenjura-holes at the home of the red point. I was happy to be a part of this group and the activities both on rock and at the typical local pubs have been great fun. Sadly my climbing activity was stopped immedeately after three routes on the first day. On a two finger pocked I injured my tendon at my left ring finger. Therefore I already left the meeting on wednesday to heal this strain trauma. But anyway I liked the meeting very much, I could get some new contacts and because of the success of the trip such events will happen more often in the future. I am looking forward to work on new projects togehter with the team.
